Anchor your career with Halyard

Halyard is a highly skilled and dynamic multidisciplinary engineering company focused on the mining, minerals processing, materials handling, and infrastructure sectors. Our scope of services includes: technical studies (scoping through to feasibility), detailed design, procurement, cost control, project management, project implementation, construction management, and commissioning. In addition to precious and base metals, we’re excited to be a part of industry-leading projects involving industrial and battery metals such as lithium and rare earths which are essential to the development of a new, more environmentally conscious economy.

As we grow, we continue to have vacancies on the following teams:

Process Engineering: The process design is the foundation that keeps each project steady. We define how raw materials will be concentrated into a saleable product. The rest of the engineering is built around our flowsheets, ensuring our designs function efficiently and safely.

Project Management: This team is the helm of every project. We are experts in project delivery, and we understand how to implement project-specific strategies that meet or exceed client expectations. Our methodology and toolkit allow us to schedule, cost, and ensure quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Design Office: We deliver mechanical/piping/civil/structural engineering designs and layouts, cost estimating, project engineering, and project management functions from concept through to IFC completion. Our team employs the latest technologies and software, including drone/laser scanning, VR, BIM, simulation, and analysis. Our assignments range from studies to EPC and EPCM, meeting client requirements with Halyard standards that raise the bar on design.

Engineering Office: This multidisciplinary team encompasses mechanical, civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation, and controls, and cost engineers. At Halyard we embrace the project engineer as the most versatile player in the project. Whilst the engineer is grounded in a specific field, they are also expected to be nimble and understand all aspects of the project delivery model. We do not work in silos, instead we are extremely adaptable, and we often work across disciplines.
