Process Design For A 2,500 tpd Lithium Concentrator.

The client contracted Halyard to undertake a NI 43-101 pre-feasibility study for the design and construction of its proposed 2,500 tpd lithium concentrator at the mine site and associated surface infrastructure in northern Ontario.

Halyard worked with the client to develop the flowsheet, lay out the plant (from which quantities were derived) and develop a PFS level CAPEX.

In addition to the concentrator pre-feasibility, Halyard also provided basic engineering design services for the client’s chemical plant planned for construction in Thunder Bay, ON.
