Island Gold Process Plant Expansion.

Halyard is currently providing engineering, design, and procurement services for Alamos Gold’s Island Gold Mine expansion. Our scope covers the process plant and associated surface infrastructure. The process plant throughput is being increased from 1,200 tpd to 2,400 tpd.

This is an intricate brownfield project which is occurring whilst the plant is running. Existing equipment is being repurposed as far as possible, and the project entails numerous well planned tie-ins during scheduled shutdowns.
