Bulk Sample Plant For A Gold Project in Manitoba.

The client had an immediate need for a bulk sample plant at their site in northern Manitoba. To meet a very tight timeline, Halyard designed the sample plant to be modular, completely transportable on a flatbed truck, and, where practical, we sourced refurbished mechanical components.

The sample plant, complete with feed bin, conveyors, splitters, crushers, and PLC control system were designed, supplied, constructed, and trial assembled in 65 calendar days. Upon factory acceptance, the plant was shipped to the site where Halyard assisted with the commissioning and training of operators for a successful start-up.
